The Flame 03:17
To have a heart made of stone To have a body of gold The flames burn in your eyes Is that what I want in life? To have passion and lust To have anger and hate you may think it's alright but both will bring you sorrow and in the end is that what you want? is that what you want? and in the end is that what you want? (This is what I want) is that what you want? (This is what I want) I think I despise you but I may secretly love you I'm really not sure now and I don't think I'll ever know you have a heart made of stone you have a body of gold You have that fire in your eyes that's all I need in life That's all I need in life That's all I need in life That's all I need in life That's all I need in life (I heard all about the deals you made I can see through the burning flames I know the reason why you need me but that's ok because I need the same) (I can see through the burning flames I know all about the deals you made Scratch my back, and I'll scratch yours You're gonna love me forever more) It seems we're both made of stone we may have bodies of gold A flame burns in in our eyes and we have no shame.

Your feelings and thoughts, the ideas you've been taught. Are closing up behind me You build up a wall of your idealism that you think can not be broken You've trapped the people behind this wall even though they don't support you All hail the lord of ignorance you think you've won the battle Well I know you'll be in for quite a shock When you realise that you can't stop the clock and the hands of time start spinning out of your control Your sense of morality deeply sickens me Ignorance maybe bliss to you but it's torture to all of us Our ancestors did not fight for this I've got to stand my ground Your wall will not climb any higher I'm going to tear it down down (x8) Just like many people, you will meet in life I have felt isolated. The problems we've faced are almost the same yet no one was there for me. Well, from now on I'm gonna fight battle for rights and stand up for what I believe in I will not let you push me down You'll be the one with your face in the dirt. Well I know you'll be in for quite a shock When you realise that you can't stop the clock and the hand of time start spinning out of your control Your sense of morality deeply sickens me Ignorance maybe bliss to you but it's torture to all of us Our ancestors did not fight for this, I've got to stand my ground Your wall will not climb any higher I'm going to tear it down down (x8) Your sense of morality deeply sickens me Ignorance maybe bliss to you but it's torture to all of us Our ancestors did not fight for this, I've got to stand my ground Your wall will not climb any higher I'm going to tear it down

You don't know what the problem is, do you? You expect me to believe all that, don't you? Your naivety does not fool me. Nothing you say can get past me I see exactly what is happening here What did you expect from me? I can see that you're intrigued by me You can not understand Why I tell the truth I'm smarter than you think I can see under the pink and I know exactly what is happening here You don't exist! You left me here, a long time ago and now your body has been taken over I'm not sure if she's your master or just a witch, wearing a mask Either way she has no right to be here! Come on, just admit it She's vile, and you know it She's vile, you can see it it Come on, just accept it! And in the moment you do, You'll have the chance to break through and if you can't, you must be vile too.

Fire Dance 00:51
You're dancing 'round the fire Keep dancing 'round that fire Watch out, you may get burned You're dancing 'round the fire I watch you dance around the fire Keep dancing 'round that fire Watch out you may get burned The fire's gonna spread The fire's gonna spread The fire's gonna spread And you'll take back those words you said.

Your cold hands Your cold breathe Your cold words And your cold heart It appears you are mistaken dear But I owe you nothing! Yet you owe me so much You have so much to prove to me Try all you want there's no way to justify what you have done You should be ashamed of yourself For lying about me You should be ashamed of yourself For lying to yourself You should be ashamed of yourself For the way you treat me You should be ashamed of yourself For trying to crush me When you're supposed to love me... When you're supposed to love me... Can't you see... You're running through a minefield Can't you see... You're running through a minefield Can't you see... You're running through a minefield Can't you see... You're running through a minefield But I can break you down I'll make you see how small you really are I can break you down I'll make you see how small you really are You better watch your step. You better watch your step. You better watch your step. You better watch your step.

I've had a lot of dealings with people like you. Take my word for it, I know a thing or two Do you think it's that easy to get right past me? Do you want to ignore it Or see what I see? You'll have to try harder If you want me to like you Just a little bit harder if you want me to like you What makes you think? That I'd want to know you What makes you think? That I'd want to know you You've done nothing for me and you expect me to like you You've done nothing but hurt me and expect me to like you? Here's a little bit of advice for you Take my advice, if you want me to like you Open up the door and I'll walk straight through it Keep it closed, and I won't try to break in

about

Hey everyone!
I've made the decision to streamline the track lists from my 2013 EPs ('Morality', and 'Immorality') and compile them as one EP. Sadly, a selection of the tracks from both of the original releases have not made the cut and are no longer available.

Here is a blogpost explaining why I've decided to revise the track list - joshstarmer.blogspot.com/2019/06/morality-ep-update.html

I feel like this revised and condensed track list allows the record to flow and progress much more naturally than it did as two separate releases. I hope you enjoy this streamlined edition :-)

IMPORTANT: None of these tracks have been edited or remastered in any way. Each track is taken directly from the original release.
So, if you downloaded 'Morality' and/or 'Immorality' in their original forms, there is probably no need for you to download this edition... but feel free to do so, if you wish :-)

Please check out the links to all my social media to stay up to date with everything I'm doing. I promise there is new music coming soon!
